Proctorial Board
Dawn Public School and College is a pioneering institution known for its robust proctorial board, especially fortified after the Peshawar incident and heightened security concerns. Headed by the Chief Proctor and comprising experienced faculty members, our proctorial board ensures the safety and security of our campus. Our security personnel are rigorously trained and maintain vigilance round the clock, supported by a comprehensive system of building patrols and regular drills for emergency preparedness. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art security features including CCTV surveillance and a reliable alarm system.

Co-ordination System
Our college operates seamlessly under a well-established co-ordination system led by a Chief Coordinator supported by subject coordinators. This system serves a dual purpose: it oversees the selection process for new teachers through rigorous demonstrations and ensures academic coherence by assigning subject specialists to exam paper preparation. New faculty members undergo extensive training for approximately one month to acclimate to our institution’s ethos and policies.
Bazm-e-Adab
At Dawn Public School and College, we prioritize holistic development through both curricular and co-curricular activities, exemplified by our annual functions such as Parents’ Day. Students showcase their talents in debates, speeches, acting, singing, comparing, physical exercises, art/painting, calligraphy, karate/gymnastics, and tableau. Each class participates in these activities weekly and monthly to prepare for the annual event, overseen by dedicated coordinators provided with ample time and resources.
